Flavio S. Crestani

Mr. Crestani has practiced as a solicitor in Vancouver and Burnaby for the last 28 years.  Born in Italy, Mr. Crestani came to Canada at age six and has lived in the Lower Mainland ever since.  He attended Britannia Secondary School and graduated from the University of British Columbia with an Arts Degree (History Major) in 1972.  Later on, he attended UBC Law School and after articling with a small East Side Law firm, was admitted to the Bar in 1978.  Mr. Crestani practiced as a sole practitioner from 1982 until August of 2005 when he joined Cobbett & Cotton Law Corporation.

Mr. Crestani has extensive experience in real estate law, especially in residential conveyancing and mortgages, as well as in the areas of wills and estates and corporate matters.  Over the years he has assisted many persons with their home acquisitions, re-financing, wills and estates.  He enjoys working with people and facilitating their achievement of personal and family goals.  His preferred approach is to solve problems through negotiation, not litigation.

Mr. Crestani is an avid fly fisher, enjoys reading and music and is a stereo equipment buff.  He has been pursuing the elusive audiophile goal of realistically reproducing music in his home for many years.
